DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?

Free delivery is available when you spend R1000 or more in a single transaction tin South Africa and choose the Express Shipping service.

NOTE: This excludes the delivery charge

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS? 

We will offer discounts and offers to our new and returning customers from time to time. These discounts will consist of codes to use in the shopping cart section of the site and will be found via our social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Only one code can be used per transaction per customer.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can review the status of your order by logging into your account on the website and viewing your order.

HOW LONG SHOULD I LEAVE IT BEFORE CONTACTING YOU ABOUT A MISSING ORDER?

We aim to ship your products within 24 hours of the ordered being received. We will always endeavor to ensure that your products are delivered on time. However, sometimes there may be factors beyond our control that hold up delivery time and LD Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for such events.

 

FOR YOUR INFORMATION?

An item is not classified as "Lost" by Fastway until it has been missing for:

 - 15 working days in the South Africa

- 30 working days for delivery to Internationally.

- 35 working days for the rest of the world.

So please adhere to these timings before emailing us.


 

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?

You will receive an email informing you your order has been processed successfully. If you do not receive an email within 1 hour please go to the My Account section of the website and click on My Orders to check the order is present. If it is not visible there then please check if the amount has been debited from your account.
